Physical Fitness.

Physical exercise is something we all need to do but sadly... some of us do not do it at all or do too little. 

As men, we may not all have a well-toned physic or 6-pack abs but we should non-the-less perform some exercise 2 or 3 times a week. 

Below are some exercises we can do even while sitting on the couch!
